Strong thunderstorms are forecast Tuesday night across West Virginia, Ohio, and Kentucky

We’re experiencing sweltering heat to begin the work week, but StormTracker 13 meteorologists anticipate that a cold front will provide some relief later this week.

Starting Tuesday evening, powerful thunderstorms will move over the region, bringing heavy rain, high gusts, and hail.

The slideshow below shows when it will rain in your neighborhood.

The biggest storms will occur in the north, and on Wednesday, we may expect thunderstorms throughout the day. Once the rain arrives, high temperatures will fall back to the 80s for the remainder of the week.
