State Troopers Detail Arrests for Driving and Theft Incidents

New York State Police Announce Arrests for License Violations, Burglary, and Other Offenses

The New York State Police have reported several recent arrests involving charges ranging from burglary to driving violations. Below are the details of the incidents:

Takim Shaell Branton Bain

A trooper stopped Branton Bain’s vehicle in Cortlandville after noticing it lacked a bumper. Upon investigation, it was discovered that he did not have a valid driver’s license, and his learner’s permit had been revoked.

Jennifer Phillips

Phillips, previously banned from entering Walmart, was arrested after entering the Cortlandville store and stealing a phone.

Gregory A. DuBois

DuBois was arrested following a report that he had borrowed a vehicle and failed to return it. The vehicle was eventually returned to its owner.

Ruben Yturralde

Troopers stopped Yturralde’s vehicle on Interstate 81 near mile marker 50 for driving significantly below the speed limit. The trooper reported signs of impairment and detected the smell of burnt cannabis.
