Authorities have arrested Justin Cauley, a 34-year-old resident of Clinton, Maryland, and 37-year-old Jessica Bigler from Stafford for their alleged involvement in the distribution of drugs in the Warrenton Road neighborhood.
Detectives from the Stafford County Sheriff’s Office came across a wanted vehicle on Tuesday, July 9, around 7 p.m. The sighting led to a traffic stop for the duo in the Banks Ford Parkway vicinity, as part of the ongoing investigation.
Upon identifying the driver, it was revealed that Bigler had outstanding warrants for possession of controlled substances and prisoner in possession of controlled substances. Cauley, on the other hand, was seated beside him as the passenger.
Upon receiving the news of being wanted, Bigler reportedly became disruptive, and authorities discovered that she had a pouch containing blue pills marked with an “M30” emblem, which is a clear indication of fentanyl.
During the search of the vehicle, law enforcement officials found additional controlled substances. Moreover, they discovered indications of drug distribution, adding to the severity of the situation.
Charges were brought against both Bigler and Cauley for the following:

- Two counts of possession of controlled substances with intent to distribute;
- Selling controlled substances for profit;
- Distribution of fentanyl under the Terrorism Act.
Bigler and the other individual were both apprehended for their outstanding warrants and are currently being held without bond at the Rappahannock Regional Jail.
