Police have announced that a missing teen from Kent County has been found safe after an extensive search that lasted nearly two months.
According to the Kent County sheriff’s department, they were able to locate Penelope “Penny” Wise at approximately 11 a.m. on Sunday, July 21st.
According to the police, the young person was residing in Rockford with an adult male.
On Sunday, a resident spotted Penny leaving the Rockford home on a bicycle, prompting them to call the police. The teenager had been missing since May 31st.
