Madison Police Investigate Horse Shooting Incident, One Horse Dead
MADISON, Miss. — The Madison Police Department is seeking public assistance in identifying those responsible for shooting two horses at The Reunion Horse Stables.
According to officials, officers responded to the stables on Wednesday following a report of the incident. One horse succumbed to its injuries at the scene, while the other was transported to a local veterinary clinic and is expected to recover.
Authorities believe the shooting occurred between 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday and 7:30 a.m. on Wednesday.
