Nevada Sees An Increase In Registered Voters As Election Nears

In the month of July, over 6,000 individuals took the initiative to register themselves as voters in Nevada. The state currently has over 2 million active registered voters.

Secretary of State Francisco Aguilar has reported a surge of 6,005 registered voters in comparison to the previous month.

Out of the total number, 4,006 individuals registered as nonpartisan, while 286 registered as Democrats and 948 registered as Republicans.

In Nevada, the American Independent Party experienced a rise in registered voters by 1,102, making up 4.42% of the total registered voters in the state. Meanwhile, the Libertarian Party of Nevada experienced a decline of 2 registered voters. Additionally, the collective number of registered voters from other minor political parties decreased by 333.

Nevada currently has a total of 2,021,293 registered voters who are active.
