27-year-old Raiden M. Stephenson from Gower, Missouri, was taken into custody on December 11, 2024, at 9:25 p.m. in Buchanan County.
He faces charges for misdemeanor driving while intoxicated with drugs and for surpassing the speed limit. Stephenson was subsequently detained at the Buchanan County Law Enforcement Center for a 24-hour period.
On December 13, 2024, at 3:40 p.m., authorities apprehended 34-year-old Jessica G. Lagud from Princeton, Missouri, in Livingston County. Lagud’s arrest was made on the grounds of a misdemeanor warrant issued in Putnam County for a moving traffic violation.
Following her arrest, Lagud was held at the Livingston County Sheriff’s Department, where she had the option to post bond.
Cortez D. Reynolds, a 33-year-old resident of Gardner, Kansas, was apprehended on December 13, 2024, at 4:58 p.m. in Atchison County. Reynolds was charged with multiple offenses, including driving while intoxicated as an aggravated offender, which is considered a felony.
Additionally, he had a misdemeanor warrant for driving while suspended or revoked from Troop A in Lee’s Summit, as well as another misdemeanor warrant for speeding from the same troop.
Furthermore, Reynolds was found in violation of a speeding limit by exceeding it by 26 mph or more. Following his arrest, he was held at the Atchison County Sheriff’s Department on a 12-hour hold.
Austin J. Bird, a 22-year-old resident of Maryville, Missouri, found himself in legal trouble on December 13, 2024. At precisely 11:11 p.m. in Nodaway County, he was apprehended for driving under the influence, a misdemeanor offense.
