A Mississippi man has been arrested after what appeared to be a medical emergency has now been ruled a homicide.
The Vicksburg Post reports that Charles Dudley White, 43, faces charges for the 74-year-old father’s murder.
On October 29, about 3:30 a.m., the Warren County Sheriff’s Office responded to a medical call on Culkin Road. The Warren County Sheriff’s Office informed the deputies that a person had collapsed at the scene.
The Medical Examiner’s Office’s further analysis of the incident prompted investigators to categorize it as a homicide.
On Monday, the Warren County Sheriff’s Office arrested White and held him without bond.
