Miami Valley Dispensary Part Of Select Few Authorized To Grow Recreational Pot

Ohio is now one step closer to the much-awaited first day of recreational marijuana.

The Miami Valley has recently granted approval to a cannabis growth facility to cultivate recreational cannabis.

Pure Ohio Wellness, located in Springfield, has recently been granted approval for the cultivation of recreational marijuana, making it one of only four dispensaries in Ohio to receive such authorization.

They are eagerly awaiting approval to commence sales.

Tracey McMillin, COO of Pure Ohio Wellness, stated that the certification of Operation issuance from the Division of Cannabis Control is now a waiting game.

According to McMillin, the certificate must be issued by September 7th in order for Pure Ohio Wellness to commence sales. However, she confirmed that the company is fully prepared to begin sales immediately upon receiving the certificate.

Once sales begin, customers in Ohio will only have four dispensaries to choose from as of now.

According to McMillin, they are currently getting ready for what they anticipate will be a bustling beginning.

According to her, additional personnel will be available to assist in handling lengthy queues and self-service kiosks that function as an express lane.

According to McMillin, Pure Ohio Wellness takes pride in being one of the initial establishments to receive approval in the state.
