Man Went To Visit His Family Member, Who Reared Him For The Past Several Years As If He Were His Son, Only To Kill The Guy When The Two Were Alone Since The Victim Felt Unwanted By Him; Charged

The 22-year-old man from Texas, later identified as Anthonio, was arrested and charged with murder in the death of his family member, 37-year-old Josse, last week. The young man, who is currently being jailed on a $200,000 bond, reportedly admitted to killing his family member due to the elder man’s treatment of him. The defendant reportedly claimed that he shot the victim because he felt unwelcome and unloved by him.

The fatal event occurred on Friday, according to police sources. The defendant reportedly went to the victim’s house and shot him to death while the two were alone. The victim’s wife and children were not at home when the shooting took place. The investigation began after the victim’s wife discovered her husband shot to death at their house. Before returning home, the woman attempted to contact her husband, who did not answer the phone.

Shortly after, the woman called the victim’s mother, who reportedly picked up her and her children from school, only to drive them home and see the terrible scene. During the inquiry, officials learned that the victim and his wife had raised the defendant as their own kid for several years. A family member murdered the victim, the defendant’s uncle, because the much younger man felt unwelcome and hated by the victim.

The victim’s wife informed investigators that the defendant reportedly struggled with anger management and that they had cared for him as if he were their son for several years. The defendant’s lawyer issued a statement, claiming that even though his client apparently admitted to the shooting, he was still innocent until proven guilty. The court records indicate that he will make his next court appearance on January 28 of next year.
