At around 3:15 p.m. on Friday, the police were called to the 400 block of Busti Avenue on the Lower West Side in response to a rescue incident.
A one-year-old girl was urgently taken to the hospital on Friday afternoon due to a potential needle exposure.
According to a spokesperson from the Buffalo Police Department, the child is currently in critical condition at Oishei Children’s Hospital.
