According to detectives, the altercation erupted on Grampian Boulevard about 10 a.m. when a son allegedly stabbed his father during a heated argument. The father responded by firing a gun. The gunshot passed through the son’s fiancée before striking him, according to authorities.
Despite the tragedy’s severity, authorities reported no fatalities. Authorities reported that all three people had non-fatal injuries and are expected to recover.
“This was an isolated incident, and there is no threat to the public,” PSP stated in a release.
Charges are pending as police investigate, with prosecutors making the final decision.
