Fairfax County Police Identify Three Individuals Killed in High-Speed DUI Crash

Fairfax County authorities have released the names of the three individuals who lost their lives in a tragic car accident on Tuesday, July 23. The identities of the victims have been confirmed by the police.

According to county police, Corey Rogers, 46, from Reston, was driving south on West Ox Road in a 2024 Acura Integra when he failed to navigate a turn and collided with a cement jersey wall at Route 29 in Legato at approximately 3:55 a.m.

At the scene, Rogers and his two passengers, Angela Connor, 44, of Reston, and Salma Monastra, 35, of Herndon, were all pronounced dead. According to detectives, the accident was likely caused by a combination of excessive speed and drug use.
