A New Orleans woman was arrested in Santa Rosa County for shoplifting from many stores in Florida, Alabama, Texas, and Louisiana, according to court records.
According to court filings, Monique Sandifer was allegedly a member of a group that stole more than $77,000 in fragrances from Ulta Beauty Stores across numerous cities, including Mobile and Pace.
Investigators identified Sandifer as one of the suspects after she tried to sell the stolen fragrances on social media.
According to jail records, Sandifer is accused of many offenses, including organized dealing in stolen property, evading, and larceny.
According to court documents, Sandifer has an upcoming court appearance on December 19.
