The woman emerged as the lucky winner of the coveted $5 “Double-Sided-Dollars” scratch-off ticket, securing the top prize.

A woman from Cape Girardeau, Missouri, struck gold when she purchased a scratcher from a local grocery store and won a whopping $100,000.

A lucky woman recently hit the jackpot when she purchased a $5 “Double-Sided-Dollars” ticket at the Food Giant on North Kingshighway in Cape Girardeau, as stated in a press release by the Missouri Lottery. After scratching the ticket, she discovered that she had won the top prize of $100,000, which was the highest amount available in the prize pool.

The Missouri Lottery has reported that there is an impressive $11 million in unclaimed prizes within their prize pool. This includes the exciting news that there are still four remaining $100,000 prizes waiting to be claimed.

The authorities have not released the name of the woman.
